As the first access configuration of the first type UE is independent of the second access configuration of the second type UE, the first initial access configuration of the first type UE is different from the second initial access configuration of the second type UE; the initial access configuration includes a front-band part (BWP) configuration; as the first access configuration of the first type UE is independent of the second access configuration of the second type UE, the first initial BWP configuration for the first type UE is different from the second initial BWP configuration for the second type UE.
