SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. Disclosed is a frequency hopping configuration method that is applied in a base station that configures a set of frequency bandwidth portions (BWP) for user equipment (UE). The method includes determining a frequency hopping configuration for each of a set of portions of a frequency bandwidth corresponding to user equipment, wherein the frequency hopping configuration is associated with one frequency hopping offset or multiple frequency hopping offsets; determining, according to the configured frequency hopping configuration, a frequency hopping configuration corresponding to a portion of the frequency band that is currently configured for the UE; and transmitting the corresponding hopping configuration to the UE, whereby the UE determines, according to the corresponding hopping configuration and the first frequency resource position before hopping, the second frequency resource position after the frequency hopping.
EFFECT: simplification of uplink planning.
