FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for haemostasis after interventions. Device comprises a means of attaching it to the patient's body, equipped at the ends with retainers, clamping element of air compression with port for filling with air and deflation and valve for regulation of filling with air to be placed above puncture point of radial artery. Device has clamping element for possibility of complete occlusion of blood flow along ulnar artery, made detachable with a port for filling with air and blowing and a valve for controlling air filling, equipped with a detachable connection element in the form of a hook & loop, which response element is placed on the attachment device on the patient's body. Air compression clamping element for placement above the puncture point of the radial artery is made of two hollow air compression elements, permanently connected by each edge of one side of each hollow element of air compression with means of attachment on patient's wrist. Hollow air compression elements have a permanent connection on the surface of opposite sides with a hole for air passage. One of the hollow air compression elements is equipped with a port for air filling and deflation. Air compression pressure elements are made of transparent material.

EFFECT: reduced risk of post-puncture complications.
