SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for carrying out hemostasis of the puncture site of the radial artery. Device comprises a support element connected to the belt with a clamping screw designed to be extended when it is twisted in the direction of the radial artery and with the possibility of pressing the clamping disc, which is movably located on the clamping screw, to the point of the puncture of the radial artery. Device further comprises a belt and a supporting member with a clamping screw which is designed to be extended when it is twisted in the direction of the ulnar artery that is not damaged during the procedure and with the possibility of pressing against the artery an additional clamping disk that is movably disposed on the clamping screw. Supporting elements are U-shaped and installed simultaneously on two belts with the possibility of their movement along the belts.

EFFECT: possibility of hemostasis of the puncture site of the radial artery with periodic compression of the ulnar artery, which reduces the frequency of occlusion of the radial artery.
