FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine equipment for construction of foundations, namely to trencher with downhole pneumatic hammers for wall in soil. Trencher with downhole pneumatic hammers for wall in soil comprises a crane, a guide frame, a push-pull device, prefabricated downhole pneumatic hammers, gas-collecting casings, pipe for high-pressure medium or cable and pipe for removal of pulp. At the same time the crane suspends the guide frame; the assembled downhole pneumatic hammers are connected to the lower part of the guide frame by means of a push-pull device. Prefabricated downhole pneumatic hammers are rectangular and are in a separate assembly. Each assembled downhole pneumatic hammer contains a primary hammer and secondary hammers. Plurality of secondary strikers are located on each primary striker, note here that secondary hammers represent downhole pneumatic hammers driven by high-pressure medium or electrically. Lower part of each primary striker is equipped with one gas-collecting casing. Pipe for high pressure medium or cable passes through the guide frame, entering the distribution pipeline of the primary striker, to actuate secondary hammers for percussion drilling. Mortar ducts are formed in each primary striker. Pulp discharge tube passes through guide frame and communicates with gas-collecting casings. Outlet hole is made in the middle-upper parts of the secondary strikers and is located above the lower hole of each gas-collecting casing. Secondary strikers comprise first secondary strikers and second secondary strikers. First secondary strikers are located on outer sides and adjacent sides of primary strikers and are rectangular and located close to each other. Each gas-collecting casing has a skirt structure.

EFFECT: increased safety of engineering structure of wall in soil due to high efficiency of construction in hard rocks, wear-resistant drilling tools, ease of maintenance, low cost, simple design and large width of the trench.
