FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: helicopter designs. The multi-purpose helicopter contains a fuselage including a cockpit and a passenger cabin, a tail unit, engines, a transmission, a fuel system, a main rotor, avionics, a control system and a wheeled landing gear retractable in flight, made according to a tricycle design with a front controlled support and two main supports. Both main landing gear supports are equipped with a power beam placed at an angle to the horizontal plane, selected in the range from 50 to 70 degrees, with an installed actuator for rotating the power beam at an angle of 90 degrees back. The rotating wheel bracket is equipped with an actuator that, in the retracted position, ensures rotation of one wheel with a lever and a shock absorber in the direction of the bow of the multi-purpose helicopter, and the other wheel with a lever and a shock absorber in the direction of the tail of the multi-purpose helicopter at an angle in the range from 70 to 100 degrees.
EFFECT: reduction in the width of the fuselage in the area of the main landing gear, a reduction in drag and an increase in speed and flight range.
