FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and can be used for batch fabrication of accurate, noise-immune strain gauges with parallelogram mechanisms. Method consists in following: in monolithic block of blanks of elastic elements four through holes of one diameter are formed parallel to longitudinal axis of symmetry of block and one through hole of another diameter along same axis; then, through U-shaped slots are made perpendicular to the working surface of the block with the same pitch, thus forming partially finished monolithic parallelogram mechanisms. Matrix of strain gauges is made, making windows in it for releasing the force-input units during its gluing, after which it is glued to the beams of parallelograms, and the block is divided into completely finished sensors.
EFFECT: providing interference immunity of sensors from parasitic forces, bending and torsion moments, stability, reliability and high accuracy of measurements.
