FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for a group method for the manufacture of elastic elements of noise-protected and technological strain gauge sensors. The method consists in the following: two rows of blind holes are formed in a cylindrical billet perpendicular to its longitudinal axis on both sides with the same pitch and connected with grooves, then two technological holes are made parallel to the longitudinal axis and after hardening two grooves are formed parallel to the longitudinal axis, after which with the same step divide the workpiece into washers. As a result of the proposed method, a parallelogram mechanism is formed in each washer, consisting of two identical parallelograms. The cylindrical shape, in which the parallelogram mechanism is located, makes it possible to simplify the technology and make it a group one. The method can be used in the serial production of elastic elements for accurate, noise-immune and technological sensors for commercial weighing and weighing equipment.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy, reproducibility and reliability of the technology for manufacturing elastic elements for precision sensors.
