Method of random access includes receiving information on configuration of resources, used to configure resources in a given pool of random access resources corresponding to at least one network slice, determining a first random access resource based on slice information for the target network slice and resource configuration information and initiating random access based on the first random access resource. Target network slice is a network slice for UE random access initiation.

EFFECT: reduced possibility of conflict between user equipment (UE) using a certain slice service and other UE during random access and increasing the random access success probability of the UE, so that the UE can quickly perform random access to obtain the desired slice service.
