SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to a method of producing an immunosorbent. Method of producing polycaprolactone-based immunosorbent for extracting chlamydial immunoglobulins involves producing polymer microparticles from polycaprolactone granules by dissolving in chloroform with subsequent polymerisation in alcohol, attachment to them of a linker with its subsequent binding with chlamydial antigen by means of glutaric aldehyde.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an immunosorbent with high activity.
