FIELD: various technological processes; gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas odorization systems at gas distribution stations (GDS) and can be used to minimize occurrence of emergency situations with odorant spill on the territory of the GDS. Invention relates to a natural gas odorization system consisting of a working tank and an odorant storage tank, an odorant dosing system consisting of a batcher and a level gauge, wherein the weight of the system is connected to each other by pipelines. System further comprises an electromagnetic shutoff valve for supplying gas from the outlet gas line to the odorization system above the working tank at the upper point of the gas line connecting the outlet gas line to the inlet of the odorization system, electromagnetic shutoff valve for supplying gas from the outlet gas line to the odorization system after the batcher on the odorant supply line to the outlet gas line from the odorization system, gas flow sensor, connected to each other by cable type connections and connected to the controller unit with the possibility of connection to the dispatcher service panel.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of natural gas odorization system.
