FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for calibrating seismic sensors. The device includes a movable table performing reciprocating movements, a fixed base, dovetail guides, a spring mechanism for returning the movable table, including a spiral spring, a screw with a nut, and a mechanism for exciting the reciprocating movement of the movable table, consisting of an electric motor, a worm gearbox and output shaft, ball bearing installed offset from the axis of rotation of the output shaft.
EFFECT: ability to study and calibrate seismic sensors with a constant vibration amplitude in a different frequency range due to the ability to change the speed of reciprocating movements of the moving table relative to a fixed base.
