FIELD: medicine; experimental traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to simulate an atrophic false joint in experiment. That is ensured by preliminarily disturbed blood flow of the feeding artery by doping or coagulation of a.nutricia proximal to the place of its entry into the bone in the proximal metaepiphysis of the tibia. Defect is formed in the middle one-third of the tibia distal to the fusion point with the fibular bone by segmental resection of 2–5 mm bone section, followed by distraction by 2–7 mm using an osteosynthesis apparatus. Periosteum and bone marrow are removed from the bone fragments from the tibial canal for 1–7 mm from the defect. For 6 weeks, the osteosynthesis apparatus is daily destabilized for 0.5–4 minutes and with amplitude of 3–17°.
EFFECT: method enables preclinical studies of new approaches in treating false joints and new pharmacological and biological substances, as well as osteoplastic materials.
