FIELD: sanitation and hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of sanitation and hygiene of industrial and medical premises and can be used to increase efficiency of disinfection in case of presence of microbial biofilms. Disclosed is a method of increasing the antibiofilm efficiency of disinfectants, characterized by the use of adjuvant substances, wherein adjuvants and disinfectants are used respectively: hydrogen peroxide in concentration of 6% and BFR Biocid enzym in concentration of 0.5%; ethyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and BFR Biocid enzym in concentration of 0.5%; ethyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and Dimax Chlorine in concentration of 0.038%; ethyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and peracetic acid in concentration of 0.05%; isopropyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and BFR Biocid enzym in concentration of 0.5%; isopropyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and Dimax Chlorine in concentration of 0.038%; isopropyl alcohol in concentration of 30% and Foodlex OXY in concentration of 0.05%; hexylresorcinol in concentration of 10-3 M and BFR Biocid enzym in concentration of 0.5%; or hexylresorcinol in concentration of 10-3 M and peracetic acid in concentration of 0.05%. Also disclosed are combinations containing said corresponding disinfectants and adjuvants.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of disinfection in the presence of surface contamination represented by biofilms.
