SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, to disinfectants. Disinfectant is secondary (poly)N,N-diallylammonium trifluoroacetate (PDAATFA) and tertiary (poly)N,N-diallyl-N-methylammonium trifluoroacetate (PDAMATFA), obtained on the basis of trifluoroacetates of diallylamines (DAA) (DAA monomer itself and N,N-diallyl-N-Nmethylamine (DAMA)), polydiallylammonium salts of general formula: where R=H; R=CH3; n=114-244 (average-weight degree of polymerization); Mw=24000-55000 g/mol (average-weight molecular weight); δ=1.85 is coefficient of polydispersibility of molecular-weight distribution Mw-Mn, where Mn is average-number molecular weight, as mycobactericidal and tuberculocidal disinfectant.

EFFECT: invention ensures bacteria death within 15-30 minutes and possesses in vitro mycobactericidal and tuberculocidal activity.
