FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Myringoplasty involves placing a neotympanic flap by gripping and sucking it to the end of a curved otorhinolaryngological tip with a detachable attachment. Head of the tip is attached to the medical suction. Then neotympanic flap is laid on de-epithelized tympanic membrane in projection of perforation. Further, the detachable attachment is moved along the axis of the tip tube with the operator’s index finger until the rectangular plate of the detachable attachment touches the neotympanic flap and detaches the latter from the end of the curved otorhinolaryngological tip. Detachable attachment to the bent otorhinolaryngological tip consists of hollow tube 75 mm long and 1.32 mm in diameter. On one of its ends perpendicular to the axis of the hollow tube there is rectangular plate 6 mm long and up to 1.32 mm wide with a hole for the hollow tube in the middle.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of myringoplasty.
