FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology, and can be applied in myringoplasty. Method lies in cleaning auditory canal and tympanic membrane, its de-epithelisation, measurement of perforation area, formation of pericondrial-chondral autotransplant and further covering of defect. Autotransplant is formed in form of truncated cone with angle at wide base 40°-50° and base dimension being 1 mm larger than dimension of tympanic membrane perforation. Transplant is installed into perforation with wide base directed towards tympanium. After that, perichondrium is placed on de-epithelisided surface.
EFFECT: application of the claimed invention makes it possible to fix autotransplant in tympanic membrane defect in a reliable way, and thus to avoid filling tympanic membrane with resorbable materials for flap support, which in its turn prevents development of commissures in middle ear.
