FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles using the ground effect of the surface. Helicopter-platform with ground effect contains longitudinally-transversely arranged propeller units on protruding beams at two levels on each side, housing, control cabinets in the fore and aft parts of the housing in the form of transverse superstructures, receivers with injection complexes along the sides and nuclear reactors. Housing is made along the entire perimeter with a rigid guard rib containing air injection holes. Propeller units include rotors and high-temperature superconducting electric motors. Housing bottom is flat and equipped with nozzles of main air blowers under housing bottom.
EFFECT: possibility to carry out transportation at high speed and at maximum load in winter along the Northern Sea Route on ice or above ice surface with possibility of flying around hummocks and icebergs.
