SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biodegradable polymer materials used in fixation of soils exposed or disturbed on the territory of enterprises engaged in extraction and transportation of gas in various climatic conditions. Polymer-structure-forming agent for prevention of dangerous manifestations of water-erosion processes and restoration of soil-vegetation cover of technogenically disturbed areas contains polyvinylpyrrolidone with high or average molecular weight and anionic polyacrylamide dissolved in 10,000 g per 1 m2 of soil of water phase. Said polyvinylpyrrolidone is contained in range of 1.8–3.6 g per 1 m2 of soil, and anionic polyacrylamide is contained in range of 5.4–10.7 g per 1 m2 of soil.

EFFECT: improvement of agrophysical and structural properties of soils, prevention of dangerous manifestations of water-erosion processes, reduction of time and energy expenditures at restoration of technogenically disturbed areas.
