SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for determining sensitivity of campylobacteriae to probiotics and autoprobiotics, which consists in the fact that samples of probiotic microorganisms and autoprobiotic bacterial cultures recovered from patient's faeces are pre-prepared, then, a pure culture of campylobacteriae is recovered from the patient’s faeces, grown on the surface of campylobacter, 3 Petri dishes are prepared, filled with trypticase-soya agar in amount of 9 ml per plate, tenfold dilutions of probiotic and autoprobiotic cultures are prepared, 1 ml of the culture is placed in the first dish at concentration of 9 lg CFU/ml, in the second dish—8 lg CFU/ml and 7 lg CFU/ml in the third dish, then, in each plate, a second agar layer is formed, adding additional 10 ml of the same medium, after its hardening, a campylobacteriae suspension in concentration of 6 lg CFU/ml is dropped on the surface of the upper agar layer, incubated in anaerobic conditions at 37 °C for 48 hours, after which the presence or absence of growth of these bacteria in each dish is visually assessed, a dish with a minimum concentration of probiotic or autoprobiotic cultures is selected, the culture that does not grow in the third dish is considered sensitive, the culture is moderately stable in the second dish, and stable in the first dish.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate assessment of campylobacteriae susceptibility to probiotics and autoprobiotics in personalized therapy.
