SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology and transplantology. At the first stage, a portal vein trunk is punctured and a CD34+ cell culture is introduced into the portal vein system. After 7 days, the second stage — transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunting — is carried out; for this purpose, after puncture of a portal vein branch, a balloon plasty of the formed canal in the liver parenchyma is performed with a balloon catheter. Stent is positioned and implanted. At the third stage, a microcatheter is inserted into the vessels of the upper pole of the spleen, and X-ray endovascular embolization of the vessels of the upper pole of the spleen with microspheres is performed.

EFFECT: method improves the quality of life of the patients suffering hepatic cirrhosis and reduces the lethality in the waiting list that enables improving the long-term results of treating the patients with the terminal stage of diffuse liver diseases.
