SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for regenerative cell therapy in treating hepatocellular insufficiency in liver cirrhosis. Bone marrow is stimulated by administering a granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor in dose of 10 mcg/kg for 4–6 days. Then, leukocyte level is assessed. If the level increases more than 10*109, the concentration of CD34+ cells is calculated by flow cytometry. If the concentration of CD34+ cells is 10–15 million per ml, apheresis of mononuclear cells of autologous bone marrow is performed from peripheral blood using a gravitational separator SPECTRA OPTIA with subsequent shock freezing of cell culture. In 3 days after puncture biopsy of liver, catheterization of portal vein trunk with intraportal introduction of culture of mononuclear stem CD34+ cells is performed.
EFFECT: invention provides a regenerative cell therapy for treating hepatocellular insufficiency in liver cirrhosis.
