SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition for treating a disease selected from Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, inflammation, pain, diabetes and vascular dementia, contains 40–90 wt.% of alginic oligosaccharide diacid and 8–50 wt.% of an excipient, selected from starch and/or cellulose, from 0 to 10 wt.% binder and from 0.1 to 3 wt.% lubricant; binder is at least one of starch, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone; lubricant is at least one substance selected from talc powder, magnesium stearate, silica gel micropowder and hydrogenated vegetable oil, particle size of the alginic oligosaccharide diacid is controlled so that 100% passes through 60 mesh sieve and more than 70% passes through 100 mesh sieve. Invention also discloses the use of the pharmaceutical composition when preparing a medicinal product, a method of treating a patient, a pharmaceutical composition, a method of producing the pharmaceutical composition.
