SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a polypeptide for binding to human FcRn, which binds to human FcRn with Kd 1×10-6 M or less at pH 6.0, method of its production, as well as to a composition containing it. Also disclosed is a polynucleotide coding said polypeptide, as well as a vector, a plasmid, a minicircle, a host cell containing said polypeptide.
EFFECT: invention is effective for increasing the half-life of the therapeutic molecule from blood serum.
