SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the treatment of a disease associated with EGFR, where R1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group, optionally having a C1-C4 alkoxy group as a substitute, or a C3-C4 cycloalkyl group; R2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, optionally having from 1 to 5 C1-C4 alkoxy groups or fluorine atoms as substitutes, or a C1-C6 alkoxy group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group, optionally having from 1 to 5 fluorine atoms as substitutes; R4 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group; and R5 is a phenyl group optionally having from 1 to 3 substitutes selected from fluorine atoms and chlorine atoms. Invention also relates to a method of treating EGPR-mediated diseases, particularly an EGPR-positive tumor based on the compound of formula (I).
EFFECT: invention provides treating EGPR-mediated diseases and can find application in medicine.
