FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for preparing a medicinal plant material with antiviral activity, comprising introducing explants into a culture in vitro, culturing on a MS nutrient medium to obtain regenerants, propagation, rooting and growing of vegetal raw materials in conditions of three-tier universal aeroponic installation filled with nutrient solution according to Murashige-Skoog recipe with 1/4 of macro- and microsalts concentration, according to invention raw material of common marjoram (origanum vulgare L.) is grown, garden sage (Salvia officinalis L.), common burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis L.), are obtained by sequential extraction in a Soxhlet apparatus with solvents of different polarity (hexane, water-alcohol solutions, water-glycerine), antiviral activity of the obtained substances with respect to adenovirus serotype 5 and influenza virus A/California/04/09 (H1N1) pdm09 is determined.

EFFECT: invention can be used for industrial production of high-value raw materials in order to obtain drugs, biologically active additives, functional food products, therapeutic cosmetics and individual biologically active substances.
