FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to normal human anatomy and can be used in pathological anatomy, comparative anatomy of humans and animals, animal anatomy. The heart, previously isolated from the eviscerated organ complex, is washed in running water, then the aorta and pulmonary trunk above their valves are cut off from the heart. The transverse sinus of the pericardium is dissected. To do this, the epicardium is dissected at the point of its transition from the anterior walls of the atria to the aorta, after which the subepicardial tissue is mechanically removed to the junction of the anterior walls of the atria and the posterior wall of the aortic root with the fibrous skeleton of the heart, namely with the anterior parts of the right and left fibrous rings and the right fibrous triangle. Then the epicardium is dissected above the coronary sulcus, the coronary sulcus of the heart is dissected along its entire length until the junction of the lateral and posterior walls of both atria with the fibrous skeleton of the heart is completely visualized. After this, the junction of the most lateral section of the wall of one of the two atria with the fibrous skeleton of the heart is perforated and this wall is cut off from the fibrous skeleton of the heart. Then the other wall of the atrium adjacent to the site of perforation is cut off from the fibrous skeleton of the heart. Then the same manipulations are repeated on the walls of the other atrium. Preparation is completed by cutting off the common wall of the right and left atria - the interatrial septum - from the fibrous skeleton of the heart. Actions for cutting off the walls of the atria from the fibrous skeleton of the heart can be carried out alternately on the right or left atrium in different sequences.
EFFECT: ability to produce a complete anatomical preparation of the atrial complex of the heart isolated from the ventricular complex.
