FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to pathological anatomy and can be used for revealing of anatomic features of intraatrial structures. A heart wall is dissected and distance between intraatrial structures is measured. Thus specified section is erformed on a course of a coronal sulcus with the subsequent excision of the heart ventricles together with cusps of atrioventricular valves, on a course of fibrous rings of the tricuspid and mitral valves file a little ligature threads and by pulling them carry out expansion of fibrous rings and visual survey of an endocardial surface of auricles. An atrial complex is hade on a horizontal surface fibrous rings upwards with vertical orientation of an interatrial septum. From several points of each anatomic formation a perpendicular to the fibrous ring is postponed then coding of a site of structure in two-dimensional system of co-ordinates is spent, where the first co-ordinate-length of a perpendicular to a fibrous ring to the mm, the second co-ordinate-position of a projection of a perpendicular on a fibrous ring, in degrees beginning from 0°-top of rings and further clockwise, then, being guided by the measured sizes, transfer a projection of each anatomic structure to the card-scheme, representing two circles symbolising fibrous rings and adjoining among themselves where the contact area corresponds to an interatrial septum, radius of each circle is established as exact distance from a fibrous ring to the deepest point of the corresponding chamber, and after mapping of all atrial structures the analysis and the description of their interposition is made.
EFFECT: method allows to raise accuracy and convenience of the topographical analysis of an endocardial atrial surface.
