SUBSTANCE: use of mitoxantrone in the preparation of a medicinal product for the diagnostics and treatment of a disease associated with thyroidectomy, and the use of mitoxantrone and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a lymphatic tracer for preventing false staining of the parathyroid glands, preventing false cutting of the parathyroid glands, or reducing the incidence of false cutting of the parathyroid glands. Local injection of mitoxantrone hydrochloride injection liquid will not cause erroneous staining of the parathyroid glands and can reduce the incidence of erroneous cutting of the parathyroid glands, thereby protecting the parathyroid glands well; besides, no local or systemic toxic side effects were observed after local injection.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by good tolerability, efficacy and safety and offers a comprehensive new idea in the radical treatment of thyroid diseases in patients suffering from diseases associated with thyroidectomy.
