SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used to diagnose the state of technical units, units of machines and equipment. In the rotor systems diagnostics device, containing sensors connected to them, through communication channels connected to the processing, training and decision-making unit, which is provided with a pre-trained artificial neural network presented in the form of special software, and state prediction and information display unit contains sets of diagnostic units, each of which is one master module, to which at least one diagnostic module is connected by means of wired or wireless communication, to which sets of sensors are connected by means of wired communication, master modules are connected to the global Internet through a router connection to a WLAN access point providing a wireless network, router through the global Internet network is connected to a remote server, which is equipped for processing data received from diagnostic nodes, a virtual computer connected to a database of direct and feedback, including a processing, training and decision-making unit, and a unit for obtaining and visualizing data for processing using a unit of special software, which is connected to it by direct and feedback, remote server is connected via wireless or wire communication and through the Internet with a unit for prediction of state and information display, and through it - with an operator, wherein diagnostic modules and master modules are equipped with microcontrollers with installed software for receiving and processing information coming from sensors and diagnostic modules, respectively.
EFFECT: possibility of remote monitoring of rotor system state both in real time, and in the mode of accessing archive data due to use of modern data transmission technologies, Internet and cloud storages.
