SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed to diagnose the technical condition of rolling or sliding bearing units in real time. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the vibration diagnostics system of the bearing assembly contains vibration diagnostics and acoustic diagnostics sensors connected via their corresponding sequentially connected signal amplification, filtering and conversion devices to a processing, training and decision-making unit, which is connected to a database and a state prediction and information display unit, as well as to a calibration unit connected to the vibration diagnostics and acoustic diagnostics sensors through their corresponding sequentially connected signal conversion, filtering and amplification devices.
EFFECT: improving the reliability, accuracy and speed of the vibroacoustic diagnostic system to detect various types of defects of bearing assemblies in real time.
