FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to downhole valve devices used in wells. Downhole valve device includes a housing with an upper grid with at least one longitudinal hole for passage of formation and flushing fluid through it. Seat is located in the body from below. Shutoff element is pressed to the seat from the grid by a reciprocating pressure spring. Tight shutoff is performed due to interaction of mating conical surface and hole. Shutoff member is made in the form of a ball; the body is placed with possibility of longitudinal movement in a hollow cylinder with a bridge equipped with an axial longitudinal hole. Bridge is equipped from above with a conical hole expanding from bottom to top. Body is provided from below with conical surface for conical hole. Angles at apex of conical surfaces and holes are more than angle of wedging for materials of body and bridge.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of operation with any types of pumps, simplifying the design and improving reliability.
