FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for use in the development of flat beds of potassium salts by heading-and-cutting combine complexes. Method of excavation is carried out with chambers, which are carried out using a combine complex. Separation of ore from massif is performed by mining machine with subsequent loading of mined rock into accumulating hopper, which reloads ore into self-propelled transporting machine. Pillars are left between chambers. To the mined chamber from the neighbouring mined chamber at a distance equal to the ore delivery length, within which continuous operation of the mining machine is realized, cross slit passes through the pillar to enable delivery of ore from the accumulating hopper to the cross slit and then through the spent chamber to the ore release well. Conveyors are installed in the cross slit and the spent chamber, when the length of transportation in the developed chamber is greater than the length of ore delivery, within which continuous operation of the mining machine is realized. Transfer of ore from the self-propelled transporting machine is carried out on the conveyor installed in the cross slit, from which the ore is transferred to the conveyor installed in the spent cleaning chamber, and then transported to the ore release well. After removal of conveyors from the spent chamber, a sealing bulkhead is installed in the cross slit.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of a mechanized combine complex during multi-pass mining of chambers by reducing the downtime of mining machines waiting for self-propelled transport machines.
