SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. In the method, an agricultural working process is carried out in the field using a group of agricultural working machines. At the same time each of the working machines of the group contains working units, for which the possibility of setting the parameters of the machine for adaptation to the corresponding agricultural conditions is provided. Working machines of the group communicate with each other via a wireless data network and are made in the form of self-optimizing working machines, each of which contains a driver assistance system for automatic generation and setting machine parameters optimized for agricultural conditions. Working machines of the group act together like a virtual working machine so that results of self-optimization in the form of optimized parameters of working machines of the group are returned to the group for further use by other working machines of the group. Group includes a supervisor of the process of controlling the fleet of machines, which coordinates and/or delegates generation of optimized machine parameters. For virtual working units, the supervisor of the process of controlling the fleet of machines divides the generation of optimized parameters of the machine into optimization tasks and distributes these optimization tasks between the working machines of the group. Optimization tasks are distributed on the basis of a system of assistance to the driver of working machines of the group. At the same time at the beginning of the agricultural work process, the working machines of the group execute a synchronization program. Synchronization program compares configurations of working machines with each other and/or determines correction factors for recalculation of corresponding optimized parameters of the machine between working machines. There are determined contradictions between configurations of working machines of the group, besides, contradiction is a type of culture, erroneously established for one of working machines of the group, and the specified contradictions are displayed to the user and/or they are automatically eliminated.

EFFECT: method provides more flexible and efficient implementation of agricultural work processes by groups of self-optimizing working machines.
