SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail moving device. Detachable module with equipment of railroad train for pulling up rails contains traction portal including winches with drums, ropes and rail grips. Traction portal comprises two hydraulic winches and two drums. Detachable module also comprises a hydraulic station, including a pump unit, which is connected to the diesel engine through the distributing gearbox and is configured to convert the mechanical energy of the diesel engine into the energy of the flow of the working fluid with stepless flow control, two hydraulic motors installed in hydraulic winches and made with possibility of working fluid flow conversion into hydraulic winches rotational motion energy, hydraulic control valves to direct the flow of working fluid via oil lines to hydraulic motors, control and adjustment equipment designed to protect the hydraulic station against overloads.

EFFECT: higher safety when working for pulling up rail strings.
