FIELD: heating; furnaces.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is intended for heating oil products or other liquid media in oil refining, chemical and other industries. Vertical cylindrical tubular furnace includes a lined housing, a combustion chamber, a burner, a tubular coil made of two parts, internal and external, installed coaxially to a cup for supplying hot gases to a convection chamber with a coil, and a chimney. Inner part of the tubular coil is a spatial spiral. Diameters of spiral turns are maximum in central part and decrease to edges. External part of the coil is made in the form of parallel rings arranged one above the other and connected to each other in the lower parts by cross-flows. Planes of the rings are inclined to the horizontal line. Convection chamber coil is made in the form of Z-shaped pipes located in vertical planes, connected by branch pipes.

EFFECT: proposed design of vertical cylindrical tubular furnace provides intensive heating of liquid media.
