FIELD: furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tubular furnace. Furnace comprises a box-shaped housing with convection and radiation chambers, in which there are convective and radiant coils and burners installed in the bottom of the furnace. Radiant coil is made of vertical tubes, the tube section of the radiant coil is helical, the radiation chamber is divided by vertical partitions. Distinctive design features of the invention are that the tubes of the radiant coil have three parts. Lower parts of the tubes of the radiant coil are located in the horizontal plane, while the middle parts are located vertically, and the upper parts are L-shaped. Tubes of the convective coil are made in the form of flat spirals arranged one above the other with opposite direction of turns. Distance between the spirals increases from the lower spiral to the upper one, the thickness of the tubes in the spirals increases from the upper one to the lower one, and vertical partitions have rectangular windows arranged in a staggered order.
EFFECT: providing intensive and smooth heating of liquid media.
