Expander comprises: a housing comprising a flow tube passing through the center of the inner part of the housing, and a plurality of holes from the inner part of the body to the outer part of the body; first expander unit in the inner part of the housing, wherein the first expander unit comprises a first front wall, a first inner wall and a first rear wall, wherein the first rear wall and the first inner wall comprise a first recess; a second expander unit in the inner part of the housing, the second expander unit comprising a second front wall, a second inner wall and a second rear wall, wherein the first front wall is inserted into the second recess in the retracted configuration; and a third expander unit in the inner part of the housing, wherein the third expander unit comprises a third front wall, a third inner wall and a third rear wall, wherein the third rear wall and the third inner wall comprise a third recess, and the second front wall is inserted into the third recess in the retracted configuration, and the third front wall is inserted into the first recess in the retracted configuration. A line drawn perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing, which passes along the longitudinal axis, crosses, in order, across the expander, first expander unit, flow tube, second front wall of second expander unit, third rear wall of third expander unit in retracted configuration and housing.
