FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to strengthen shallow foundations of buildings and structures under construction as well as existing buildings and structures during their reconstruction and repair. Such method for strengthening the shallow foundation includes the creation of a well through the body of the foundation to the design depth by a clockwise rotating hollow borehole screw with a drill bit with a movable element installed at its lower end, its subsequent extraction with a change in the direction of rotation of the screw and simultaneous feeding of fine-grained concrete through its cavity. As a drill bit with a movable element, a drill head with drop-down blades is used, through which, when lifting the auger, the working solution is fed under a pressure of 0.6–0.8 MPa, herewith, as the drilling auger rises, the pressure of the working solution gradually increases to 1.2–1.6 MPa with a range of 0.2–0.3 MPa/m, forming a tapered pile with its larger tapered part being right under the bottom of the reinforced foundation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the number of technological operations, reducing the labor intensity of the works on strengthening foundations, increasing the bearing capacity due to the manufacture of a bored tapered pile.
