FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and aims at treating post-traumatic cicatrices of peri-orbital and eyelid regions. A method of treating post-traumatic cicatrices of a periorbital region and an eyelid region involves injecting into the scar tissue a lysate obtained from a thrombocyte-rich plasma (TRP) containing at least 700×109/l of thrombocytes and from them not less than 33 % of functionally complete thrombocytes with granules.
EFFECT: method provides scar tissue collagen remodeling, functional and cosmetic state improvement of eyelids and periorbital tissues with faster resorption of scar tissue.
