FIELD: furniture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to built-in furniture and is intended for storage of personal belongings under ceiling of room and release of useful area of living room. Storage system under the ceiling of the room comprises a lifting scissor mechanism and a storage container. Storage system also includes a bearing frame and a frame for the container, connected on two opposite sides by spokes of the container suspension, made in the form of scissor mechanisms. Suspension spokes of the container of each scissor mechanism are connected to the frames by means of roller units and fixed hinges; guides are installed to ensure movement of the roller units along two opposite sides of each frame. On the bearing frame there is a cable winding shaft, which is rotated by an electric motor. Cable ends are attached to two opposite sides of the frame with the container, then the cable passes through the cable winding rollers installed on two opposite sides of the bearing frame, and enters the cable winding shaft. System is actuated by means of a control unit, which is activated by a push-button of control of lifting and lowering. To prevent unauthorized lowering of the storage system, an electromechanical lock is installed on the frames, and a light curtain sensor is installed on the walls of the container, to protect the user during operation of the storage system, and an inductive sensor is installed to monitor the position of the container.

EFFECT: increased carrying capacity of the storage system under the room ceiling.
