SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used in production of specialized confectionary products. Disclosed is a method to manufacture a confectionary product for specialized nutrition, which provides for successive mixing of dry components with prepared syrup, molding and packaging, wherein the components are used at the following initial ratio, wt.%: black currants - 16.0; raisins - 15.0; sorbitol - 6.0; senna extract - 10.0; oat flakes - 20.0; gum arabic - 8.0; corn bran - 17.0; anise - 2.95; fermented glucose 1.50 AiBi - 5.0; citric acid - 0.05.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to manufacture a specialized confectionary product for life extension, increase in efficiency, prevention of common diseases due to introduction of senna anthraquinones and dietary fibers into the product, replenishment of deficiency of indispensable micronutrients in nutrition of population, and also provides expansion of range of confectionary products.
