SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for assembling an insulating glass panel having at least two glass sheets spaced apart by a TPS gasket, as well as on such an insulating glass panel. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the insulating glass panel assembly device comprises at least two glass sheets spaced by a TPS spacer, a primer station configured to apply a paste primer to the standing glass sheet along its edge and having a horizontal conveyor configured to transport the standing glass sheets through the primer station; a TPS station located downstream of the priming station, which is configured to apply a paste-like TPS thread, which subsequently hardens, on a standing glass sheet along its edge, wherein the TPS station has a horizontal conveyor configured to transport the standing glass sheets through the TPS station; a rotation station located downstream of the TPS station, which has at least one horizontal conveyor configured to rotate about a vertical axis of rotation, wherein the horizontal conveyor is configured to transport the standing glass sheets through the rotation and rotation station of the glass sheets standing on it; a pressing station located downstream of the rotation station, configured to connect a glass sheet, which is equipped with a primer strip and a TPS thread applied thereon, and a glass sheet, which is provided with a primer strip, to form an insulating glass panel, wherein the pressing station has two horizontal conveyors passing parallel to each other, each of which is configured to transport standing glass sheets; and a controller configured to direct two glass sheets, which are fed to the rotation station, one after the other, to the pressing station by rotating one of the glass sheets, and connecting them in said pressing station to form an insulating glass panel, wherein one of the two glass sheets is provided with a primer strip and a TPS thread applied thereon, and the other glass sheet is provided with a primer strip.
