FIELD: electrical communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to voltage converter of high-voltage accumulator battery of highly automated unmanned vehicle into low-voltage DC voltage for on-board network with protection of keys. DC-DC converter contains power switches and is located inside a waterproof housing. High-frequency power field-effect transistors based on silicon carbide (SiC) are used as power switches. Transistors are soldered by their heat sinks (drain) to the through metallization of the power board and insulating ceramic substrate with metallization soldered to the board on the reverse side, providing heat removal directly to the surface of one of the sides of the moisture-proof housing. Housing is a heat exchange radiator. Inside the waterproof housing there is a transformer, chokes and universal boards of the control system with built-in measuring devices of circuit parameters and a CAN interface for data exchange with the upper level device. Circuit parameters meters are used to measure input/output current, input/output voltage, temperature of keys and coil components.
EFFECT: decreased weight and dimensions, efficient heat removal and high resistance to mechanical effects.
