FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: device for saturation of porous proppant with inhibiting substance comprises saturation tank 23, made in form of hollow cylinder and installed on expanding downward annular support 19, which is installed in the heat carrier tank of water bath 17, made in the form of a hollow parallelepiped. In the lower part of the heat carrier tank of water bath 17 there is a hole in which a heating element with temperature regulator 18 is installed with possibility of removal. Cover 15 is installed on top of saturation tank 23 with possibility of removal. In cover 15 there are holes, in which mixer of loose materials 20 and the outlet through shut-off valve 5 to gas pressure release line 6 are installed with possibility of removal. In the upper part of the side wall of saturation tank 23, holes are made, into which vacuum meter 2 and pressure gauge 10 are installed with possibility of removal through shut-off valves 5, discharge via shut-off valve 5 to gas line 28 and squeezer connected to coarse filter 21 located in lower part of tank for saturation 23 and through shut-off valve 5 with saturation liquid discharge line 29. T-piece is installed on gas line 28 with possibility of removal. First outlet of the T-piece is detachably connected through shut-off valve 5 to high-pressure line 24, which is connected to gas pressure regulator 14, which is installed on gas cylinder 13. Use of a gas cylinder, a water bath heat carrier tank and a heating element with a temperature controller in the design of the disclosed device will make it possible to expand the technical characteristics of the device.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of product inhibition process, possibility of additional saturation of porous proppant at excessive pressure and evaporation of solid inhibiting substance filling cavities of porous proppant.
