FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation and underground repair of oil and gas wells and can be used to study conditions of gas lifting in vertical or horizontal wells filled with various process fluids. Test bench for analysis of gas-retaining capacity of blocking compositions during well killing due to use in its design of production string with holes made in it and installed shut-off valves. Gas supply zone into horizontal section can be selected to take into account the "heel-toe" effect, as well as the use of a heating jacket in the design of the test bench enables comparative evaluation of the blocking compositions taking into account temperature conditions.
EFFECT: determination of optimum operating temperatures of blocking compositions at well killing.
