FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling oil and gas wells; it can be used to test working pairs of hydraulic downhole engines. The proposed test bench for working pairs of hydraulic downhole engines includes interconnected tank, pump, shaft and bearings. At the same time, a hole is made on top of the tank, into which a mixer is installed, a hole is made on the side surface, into which an electric heater is installed, holes are made in the lower part of side opposite surfaces, into which a discharge line and a suction line are installed, on which ball valves are installed. The suction line is connected to a pump inlet, and its outlet is connected to the discharge line, on which a ball valve, an electromagnetic flow meter, a pressure sensor and a thermometer are installed in series. The discharge line is connected to a bypass line and to an inlet of a test chamber, in which a working pair of a turbodrill is installed by means of bearings, connected through the shaft to a braking device, on which vibration acceleration, torque and rotational speed sensors are installed. An outlet of the test chamber is connected to a return line, on which a pressure sensor is installed with the possibility of removal.

EFFECT: ensuring safe and high-precision studies with the possibility of modeling flow parameters, use of energy fluids with various rheological properties, changes in a temperature of energy fluid, which will ensure that experimental conditions are as close as possible to real conditions.
