GAS BURNER OF DOMESTIC GAS BOILER OF WIDE MODULATION USING SELF-OPENING NOZZLE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F23D14/02 

FIELD: gas burners.

SUBSTANCE: gas burner of domestic gas boiler of wide modulation is proposed. Burner has more than two flame spreaders and is connected to a modulating gas valve. Middle spreader is equipped with a nozzle supplying gas to the spreader in a continuous mode and on which an automatic ignition system and a flame sensor are installed. Other spreaders are equipped with nozzles, which have the function when the gas pressure on the gas ramp decreases to a given value, to shut off the gas supply to the flame spreader and to open the gas supply to the flame spreaders at increase of gas pressure on the gas ramp to the specified value for ignition of the flame spreader. Preset threshold pressure of nozzle opening increases from the middle of the burner to its edges. Also disclosed is the nozzle design.

EFFECT: proposed is a gas burner of a domestic gas boiler with wide modulation using a self-opening nozzle.
