FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for homogenisation of liquid and viscous products. High-pressure homogenizer comprises a housing accommodating a device for converting rotational motion into a reciprocating motion, an electric motor mounted on the housing and two homogenizing heads, including plunger with sealing elements, pushers, homogenizing and suction valves, pressure control device and plunger stroke smooth adjustment unit, cooling jacket connected to external cooling circuit. Device for conversion of rotary motion into reciprocating motion consists of reduction gear unit with single-stage globoid-worm reduction gear. Plungers are installed inside housings of homogenizing heads with a through cavity. Piezoelectric pressure sensors are fixed in the homogenizing heads, they are installed on their side surface by means of L-shaped adapters. Stepper motors with reduction gears are installed on pushers to automate pressure control and to maintain preset pressure based on readings of piezoelectric sensors. Homogenizer is additionally equipped with flow sensors of optical density, which are a frame with a photocell, installed on a cuvette for an output product, and standard cooling circuit for adjustment of temperature modes of operation of reducers of pushers and homogenizing heads, including cooling jacket.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency and expansion of functional capabilities of the homogenizer, improvement of its energy-technological characteristics and provision of high working pressure.
