SUBSTANCE: method of mounting hollow cylinder (100) on additional cylinder (100) or removing from it, wherein hollow cylinder (100) comprises a cylindrical housing, in which holes for creating an air cushion are located in first part (110) of shell (102), and second part (120) of shell (102) is made gas-tight or has holes for creating an air cushion in a smaller amount and/or a smaller size compared to first part (110), wherein the holes in the first part of the shell are connected to at least one gas inlet, which is connected to at least one gas inlet on the inner side of the cylindrical housing, and wherein the additional cylinder has holes in the shell, and gas can be supplied through these holes through the internal gas supply.
EFFECT: easier pulling of adapter sleeves on the basis of a bridge system on a plate cylinder.
